Only with your separate consent do we use Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and clicks on navigation, contact options, downloads and the shop. A phone or email click does not mean you actually contacted us. Consent is the legal basis for these statistics.
Google processes technical usage data and sets _ga and _ga_* cookies to recognise visits, configured to last up to 180 days. Our click events do not include message content, phone numbers or email addresses. Advertising, Google Signals and ad personalisation are disabled.
Your choice is remembered for up to 180 days. You can withdraw consent through Cookie settings at any time. New measurements stop and we remove accessible Google Analytics cookies on our domain. Withdrawal does not delete previously transmitted data. Google may process data outside the EEA; see Google's information about processing and international transfers. Who we are

What this website itself collects
This website loads no optional analytics or maps without your consent. We remember your choice for Google Maps in this browser. Google then receives your IP address and may set cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details about this optional map.
Phone and email links open your own phone or email application. When you submit a form, our server processes your name, contact details and message and emails them to GCG through Mailgun, in Mailgun’s EU region. The application form also includes experience and interests. Forms do not save your input in browser storage or a website database. Sent messages are processed in our mail environment. We use application details to discuss your interest in working at GCG.
What we process when you contact us
When you call, email, or otherwise contact us directly, we process the information you provide (such as name, contact details, and project information) to answer your question and, where applicable, prepare a quote or agreement. Legal basis: performance of a (pre-)contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries.
We do not keep this data longer than necessary for that purpose, or as required by law (for example, statutory retention periods once an agreement is concluded).
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with service providers we engage to run our business (for example, hosting), only to the extent necessary and under appropriate agreements.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and receive a copy of your personal data, and the right to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@globalcontrol.group. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
We may update this policy, for example if the website adds functionality that processes personal data (see also our Cookie Policy). The date at the top of this page shows the last update.
