FAT in our workshop in Volendam, SAT and start-up on site, in the Netherlands and abroad.
What we do
GCG tests the controls on the installation and supports commissioning in the Netherlands and internationally. We check signals, rotation directions, communication and software functions.
FAT
Factory Acceptance Testing with simulation, before shipping to site.
SAT
Site Acceptance Testing on location, against pre-defined acceptance criteria.
International start-up
On-site commissioning, including outside the Netherlands.
After-care
Handover documentation and support after go-live.
Delivery and handover
During FAT and SAT, we record test results and open points. At handover, we agree who will complete outstanding actions and what support is required during production start-up.
