Electrical engineering: from schematic to panel

A defined electrical design gives panel builders, programmers and maintenance teams a common technical basis.

What we do

We document the power supply, I/O, drives and safety circuits in drawings and component lists. The electrical design is coordinated with the PLC software and the machine. We agree who designs, builds and inspects each part.

  1. Schematics

EPLAN P8 drawings, built for maintainability and troubleshooting.

  2. Panel construction

Motor and I/O lists, panel layout, wiring.

  3. Functional safety

    Safety circuits per PL/SIL requirements.

  4. Brownfield

As-built revisions of existing installations before modification or expansion.

  5. CE documentation

Technical documentation per the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and, from 20 January 2027, the Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230.

Delivery and handover

The scope defines which drawings, component lists, I/O lists and revisions GCG delivers. We coordinate these with the control software and agree responsibilities with the panel builder and installation contractor.
