What GCG does
Batch and process control
PLC software for batch-driven processes, including recipes and batch-data registration.
SCADA and HMI
Operator interfaces for process monitoring and control, tailored to production environments.
ERP/MES integration
We can bring batch data, recipes and process values together in a database for traceability and reporting. An application can help operators and quality staff investigate deviations; the process determines which records are needed.
Retrofit of existing lines
Renewing the control system on existing mixing, packaging, or process installations.

Engineering experience
Engineering experience behind GCG
Practical experience with machine controls, production lines and commissioning. Selected projects Raymond worked on.
Bakery lines: control, motion and retrofit
Business outcomeRecipe-based line operation and automated cone winding for bakery production.
Raymond programmed bakery-line controls with B&R PLC/HMI, ACOPOS servo drives, POWERLINK and recipe-based line operation. The line 2 retrofit included preparation, testing and commissioning. Line 6 added automated cone winding.
Line 6: automated cone winding with 13 synchronised servo axes.
Discuss your application
A question affects the line at a recipe change, a transfer between machines or the recording of a batch. We discuss the existing controls, operator actions and when a change can be tested without unnecessarily interrupting production.
